The Spanish Startup Visa is a way to obtain a 3-year residence permit by opening or participating in an innovative business in Spain. Path to citizenship

After 5 years of residence you can obtain permanent residence, and after 10 years — Spanish citizenship, without the need to additionally invest or open a business.

After submitting the dossier, you can legally remain in Spain even if your visa has expired. This removes stress and provides time flexibility.
